- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a client of both Jon and his Dad and have NEVER had a bad experience. 4 dogs, three cats, 4 horses...I have never been disappointed. I found them and followed them when I first moved here about 17 years ago and called around to check prices for floating my horses teeth. They weren't out to gouge me, they told me, after tranq'ing my horse, "Let me look in their mouth before we do this b/c this guy could've gone a while without floating. He has minor points so I'll drill them down anyway but in the future, let's look first." They always shove my head in my horses mouth to show me what needs to be done so I can see that it's done for a reason. Their prices are far better than other's I compared to. I've even sent in a pic of an injury and, perhaps being a client for so long with a history of caring for my animals, simply walked in and picked up SMZ's and avoided an office visit. A horse down the street colicked and it was over Thanksgiving so my neighbor brought the horse to me to watch her. Because I'm freaky nervous on preventative medicine, hence having teeth looked at every other year, I asked for banamine if mine ever colicked in the future and they had it at the counter for me to pick up. FULL five stars, with not a single negative thing to say. Had enough hacks up here when I first moved up here and a misdiagnosis on Cushing's when it was selenium deficiency.
